My name is Caleb Wilson. I am 28.
Grew up on the foot of the pacific cascades.
Born into a Modernist culture, was raised devout Mormon. Moved to utah, and was disapointed by how fake everyone was. Couldn't stand it, Left the church, was influenced by 2016 era youtube, but those clothes didn't fit either.

Not formally educated. Informally interested in practically everything. I'm a bit of a rouge thinker, but a disciplined one... I hope you'll come to agree.
Currently living in my parents laundryroom.
Wannabe game dev. Very Interested in information work and specifically instructive narrative exploration of what I refer to as the World Tree. But may formally be understood in relation to how chess may be 'solved' through mapping board states.

I think game design is the modern novel. Or at least I did until corpo America turned it into Microtransactions, and gambling. And then further after AI broke into the mainstream. Now I'm less sure.
Whatever the case if any work is to be rooted. Leaders will need to adapt to the tools of the era. That is my oppinion.
And to be clear I think the world is much improved when roles are adopted willingly, and when wisom is free flowing. That any particular rank is improved by developing sensitivities to the essence of all other ranks.

Leadership is not genetic.
Potential is genetic.
Leadership is nurtured.

I offer my voice to this project, under oversight, and in aid to discussion.
Formal orginizations scare me. If I'm being honest.

Honestly I'm surprised about what you are saying re: Utah. I thought people there would be more honest BECAUSE of the Mormon culture. I live in NYC and it truly sucks here, especially if you're a white anglo male...I say it like that because even "Whites" here tend to be ethnic type like Italians or Greek-Americans.
